About James Belchick

My approach to real estate sales will feel different. I prefer to educate my clients on the process of buying and selling to allow them to make choices best suited to their needs. I value fairness and honesty and complete transparency during a transaction.

I began my career in the business over 20 years ago processing mortgage loans. I then moved in to a leadership role in the title and appraisal industry. I felt my talents would best suited being able to deal directly with the public which brought me to sales. I have had the privalage of leading some of the finest agents in the business directing sales for two northern Pittsburgh offices.

I have since returned to sales forming a team (The Belchick Group) in partnershp with Berkshire Hathaway. My goal is to be of service to my clients and the community. Whatever your price point, my service to you will always remain exceptional.

I enjoy working with buyers and sellers of all types of properties from single family homes to condos. I have a special affection for contemporary homes and unique properties. I see the value in these types of homes and know how to sell them as a lifestyle rather than just a dwelling.

I currently reside just 10 minutes from downtown which allows me to be central to all the market areas around Western Pennsylvania. I am a native of Murrysville graduating from Franklin Regional (go Panthers) and attending the University of Pittsburgh (more Panthers!). In my free time I enjoy spending time at the gym, fine dining and travel.
